Mobile card machines speed up check-in times for hotel company. With its roots in Canada, Future Inns now have 3 hotels in the UK with plans to open many more. Currently, the UK hotels can be found in Cardiff, Bristol and Plymouth but the company hope to have 10 further hotels across the country within the next 5 years.

Customer service is given the utmost importance at the Future Inn hotels and this is one of the main reasons Marc Westwood, Finance Director, decided to review his payment terminal supplier . Marc sought out a better payment terminal supplier when he grew frustrated with slow transaction speeds and signal failure on his old mobile terminals.

According to Marc the main benefits of using 123 terminals have been faster transaction speeds across the board and the ability to take transactions around the hotel using their additional fleet of mobile PDQ machines.  “We can now offer customers a faster check in process, which has improved the customer experience. 123Send’s terminals are faster than our previous terminals which means our service levels have improved.”

When asked to comment on 123’s service Marc was also very positive “we’ve experienced good customer service, quick responses and an overall positive customer experience.”
