What is the minimum time needed to place an order?

The minimum notice required is 7 working days prior to despatch, however please give as much notice as possible. Orders booked within 7 days of despatch are subject to an express order fee and are also subject to availability.

Please note if you are New to Cards then a merchant account application will also be required.

Once you receive my paperwork, how long will it be before I receive my terminal?

As standard, you will receive your terminal within 7 working days of us receiving your completed order.

For large multiple terminal orders our dedicated sales team will work with you to arrange an appropriate and coordinated roll out program. Please ask for further details.

Are any payments taken prior to the despatch of the terminal?

Yes. We take the set up fee, payments for any accessories and the purchase price of the terminal (if applicable) when we receive your completed paperwork. This can be paid by credit or debit card, cheque or BACS.

What is supplied as standard with a terminal?

A terminal is supplied with one till roll, a mains charger and full instructions.

What accessories can be ordered with a terminal?

We have a range of accessories available to purchase.

Can I add to my order after I have sent my forms back?

Yes. As long as your terminal has not been despatched. Please e-mail orders@123send.net. You will receive a reply to confirm that your request has been actioned.

Is there an express order service available?

Yes. If you require your terminal within 7 days, you can pay an express order fee, subject to availability. Please contact us for more details.

How will my terminal be delivered?

Your terminal will be delivered by a courier.

What time are terminals usually delivered?

Terminals are delivered between 8am and 6pm on weekdays as standard. Pre midday deliveries are also available for an additional fee.

What happens if I am out when my terminal is delivered?

The courier will leave a card, you should call the number on this card and re arrange delivery. If you do not call the courier your terminal will be returned to 123Send and there will be an additional cost for re delivery.

Can terminals be delivered on a weekend?

Yes. 123Send can deliver on Saturdays, although not Sundays, subject to an additional fee.

Can terminals be delivered to addresses outside the UK?

What do I need to do to set my terminal up once I receive it?

All terminals are fully configured and tested prior to dispatch.

For Mobile/GPRS terminals you simply need to charge the terminal for 4 hours and carry out a test transaction, it is then ready to use.

Fixed Line/Countertop and Bluetooth/Portable terminals can be plugged in, carry out a test transaction and they are ready to use.

How do I order accessories once I have my terminal?

Can I change the network on GPRS/Mobile terminals?

When you receive your GPRS/Mobile terminal you should carry out a test transaction, this will confirm that your terminal is picking up the GPRS network at that time. If your terminal is not picking up network you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your terminal and we will arrange to swap the network to our other supplier (Vodafone or 02) free of charge. If you wish to swap networks after this time there will be an additional charge.

We also offer a roaming SIM - 123Roam.

Can I use the Terminal outside of UK?

Is there any technical support available once I have the terminal?

Yes. 123Send have a technical helpdesk on hand to answer any technical queries you may have 364 days of the year.

When will the money from my transactions be deposited into my account?

You will receive the funds in your designated bank account 3 working days after processing the transaction.
