GPRS Network Coverage

123Send's mobile terminals use GPRS communications to enable businesses to process secure, on-line credit and debit card transactions in a mobile environment.

The GPRS SIM cards used in our terminals are provided by Vodafone, O2 or Everything Everywhere (Orange & T-Mobile). To check coverage in your area for each of these networks, please click on the links on the right.  Please Note: coverage maps provided by the networks are to be used as a guide only, and are NOT a guarantee of coverage.

As standard, your terminal will be delivered with a SIM card on either Vodafone, O2 or Everything Everywhere (Orange & T-Mobile) networks, however if you would prefer one of these over the other, please indicate this on your order form and we will happily provide this for you.

Changing networks on your terminal:

  • Under the terms of your agreement, 123Send will change your network once without charge. Any change must be within 14 days of receipt of your terminal.
  • Thereafter a fee applies to all network changes.
  • 123Hire can change the network you have chosen if you experience issues. Admin fees may apply. Please contact us for further details.

Roaming between all four networks

123Roam is a special SIM card that we are now offering with our GPRS Mobile Terminals. This new SIM card is inserted into terminals and means that our Mobile Terminals will automatically connect to the strongest GPRS signal from any one of FOUR UK GPRS Networks; Vodafone, O2 and Everything Everywhere (previously Orange & T-Mobile).
