Your Role

  1. Retain and renew customer contracts: 
    1. Receive in-bound and make outbound calls to existing customers
    2. Build relationships, retain customers and renew their contracts
    3. Cross and up-sell where opportunities exist
  2. Deliver: 
    1. Renew customer contracts each month
    2. Retain a high percentage of customers that are allocated to you
    3. Cross & Up-Sell our products to our existing of customers

How will you achieve this?

  • Make outbound calls to customers, schedule appointments and conduct those meetings.
  • Follow the 123 Send sales & relationship process to build a relationship and build trust with your customer.
  • Establish the needs of that customer and sell, cross sell and up-sell to those needs.
  • Complete any paperwork accurately, quickly and manage your customers’ expectations.
  • Receive in-bound calls from customers who may be looking to cancel their contract so be able to influence and negotiate to retain their custom.
  • Camply listen to customers and take ownership of any problems of complaints they may have.
  • Be accountable for achieving your activity and sales KPi’s.
  • Ensure that your input into CRM is always accurate and up to date.
