I do hope that this finds you safe and well and that during these testing times you are starting to see signs of recovery. I know many of our valued customers have continued to trade over the past few months and have had to adapt to new ways of serving their customers. However, I also appreciate that many of our customers have been unable to work and are looking forward to getting back to opening their shutters for business.
It is important that you take steps that make you, your staff and your customers safe. To assist in this, payment terminals can be cleaned with antiseptic wipes; however contactless transactions should be preferred, as they entirely avoid physical touch. Also, please consider advising your customers of the use of mobile phone and watch payments such as Apple / Google Pay, as they are not subject to the new £45 transaction limit.
A New Era
I would like to take this opportunity to give an update on 123Send and share some news of developments that have happened over the last few months. On 30th October 2019, it was announced that DNA Payments acquired CR7 Services (a group that 123Send is part of). This change of ownership has brought opportunity and change to our business, which will benefit our valued customers greatly. From a personal perspective, I am delighted to join the 123Send team as their new CEO. I have been involved in the payments industry for nearly 20 years, working across the industry in various leadership roles. My primary responsibility is to ensure that our valued customers have the depth and breadth of quality products and services that help their businesses flourish and thrive.
New Product Launch
To this end, we have an exciting new product available from our group company, DNA Payments. A new e-commerce service to enable you to sell online via your website. We have launched this service, which is available to all our existing customers and at market leading processing rates.
